Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the item in its original packaging and ensure it is safely cushioned inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided RMA label and ship the package via a tracked service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
